Why we're building RedServe.
DVA claims are complex. Advocates must navigate three different Acts (VEA, DRCA, MRCA), cross-reference thousands of legislative factors from Statements of Principles, gather evidence, and assemble claim packs — all while managing growing caseloads.
And with the July 2026 DRCA transition approaching, the workload is about to increase dramatically. Veterans who currently receive benefits under DRCA will need their claims reassessed under MRCA. That's a surge of work that practices need to prepare for now.
